Stop planning around the wrong operating system.
Time Lab is a 1:1 coaching engagement that builds a personal planning system around how you actually work — your energy, your biology, your real life.
Why productivity feels harder than it should
Most productivity systems weren’t built for women; they assume:
🆇 Consistent, linear energy
🆇 Dopamine-driven motivation
🆇 Pushing through resistance
🆇 Doing more to get better results
The issue for women isn’t discipline, it’s misalignment.
Instead, we focus on creating the conditions where aligned action happens naturally:
✔️ Creative availability instead of constant doing
✔️ Flow instead of force
✔️ Intuition instead of pressure
✔️ Rhythm instead of routine
Softness isn’t passive here. It’s productive.
THE FULL-SPECTRUM WOMAN
Does this sound familiar?
You're living a full life — and doing most of it well. Health, relationships, creativity, business. You're not half-in on anything. You have range, depth, and genuine ambition. You are self-aware. You've done the work. You can describe your own patterns with accuracy.
What you cannot seem to do is operate consistently from what you know — especially in your work. That gap is what brings women to Time Lab.
The Chaos Brain
You're not looking for more structure. Everything rigid falls apart by Thursday. What you actually need is a system that works with how your brain moves — flexible enough to hold the chaos, simple enough that you'll actually use it when you're already overwhelmed.
The Reset Looper
You start strong every time. New system, fresh week, real intention. And then something shifts — a hard day, a busy stretch, a week where everything asked too much — and you're back at square one. The problem isn't motivation. You have plenty of that. It's that the system has no give.
The Knowing-Doing Gap
You know what you should be doing. You can name your patterns, describe what's getting in the way, and articulate exactly what a better week would look like. And then you don't do it. That gap is exhausting in a way that's hard to explain.
The Calendar vs. Body
Tuesday is blocked for deep work. Your body has completely different plans. You override it, push through, produce something mediocre, and wonder why you feel so depleted by noon. Your schedule was never built around your actual energy, just your intentions.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Time Lab is designed for women who...
➜ Feel that traditional productivity advice doesn’t quite fit
➜ Are tired of forcing consistency or pushing through low-energy phases
➜ Want structure that feels supportive, not demanding
➜ Value intuition, but want it grounded in practical systems
➜ Are open to working with their body instead of against it
You don’t need to be overwhelmed or burned out.
You just need a system that matches your biology.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding how you work.
Most productivity systems treat time as a resource to manage. Time Bending starts from a different premise: that our perception of time shapes how much of it we experience. Research on time perception suggests that the more present and attuned we are, the more expansive time becomes — not metaphorically, but neurologically.
Women are often chasing abundance in money, output, and achievement. But the scarcity that actually drives the exhaustion is time — not clock-hours, but the felt experience of having enough. Of being in time rather than perpetually behind it.
Time Bending is the practice of building that relationship. The four layers are how you do it.
THE FRAMEWORK
Time Bending is a mindful productivity methodology — and an entirely different relationship with time.
LAYER 01
Awareness
How your nervous system, cognitive gears, and relationship with time actually work. The foundation everything else is built on — learn to read your own signals and match your work to your actual capacity.
LAYER 02
Rhythm
Your circadian day, your infradian cycle, your seasons. Stop planning against your biology and start designing around it.
LAYER 03
System
The Bullet Journal® as a nervous system regulation and reflection practice — the bridge between rhythm and real life, where what you're learning about yourself becomes visible and real.
LAYER 04
Architecture
Your weekly rhythm, your Capacity Map, your 3-month plan. The planning layer that holds everything together — honestly, not optimistically.
Alignment, not achievement
By the end of Time Lab, you won’t walk away with a perfect schedule.
You’ll walk away with:
Trust in your own rhythm
Clarity about when to act and when to rest
A reflection practice you can carry forward
A personal operating system rooted in awareness
Permission to live and create without forcing
This is about alignment.
Not achievement.

Every engagement is 1:1, designed around your specific situation. Nothing is a template.
THE FULL ENGAGEMENT
Time Lab Container
7 SESSIONS · 8–13 WEEKS · FOLLOW UP & CLOSER INCLUDED
A 1:1 container that builds your personal operating system from the ground up — starting with how you actually function. Over 7 sessions across 8–13 weeks, you move through the Time Bending framework in the sequence that fits your intake profile. Nothing is handed to you. Everything is built with you.
Time Lab runs for 13 weeks — long enough for real understanding to develop. Not just insight, but embodiment. Over this period, most participants move through approximately three menstrual cycles. That matters because patterns don't reveal themselves in a single week or workshop.
One cycle shows what's happening.
Two cycles reveal patterns.
Three cycles create clarity and trust.
✦ Session 1: Orientation — clear the mental clutter, design the container together (90 min)
✦ Sessions 2–6: The Build — modules curated from your intake profile (60 min each)
✦ Session 7: Wrap — what's holding, what's still open, what you're carrying forward (60 min)
✦ Integration Closer — 6–8 weeks after Session 7, the honest check-in: what actually survived real life (45–60 min)
✦ Async Support throughout — voice notes and messages, responded to within 48 hours on business days
✦ Your Lab Notebook — session notes, tools and resources, yours to keep
$2,200 CAD
Payment plan available: $1,150 × 2
THE STARTING POINT
Time Lab Intensive
SINGLE SESSION· 90 MIN · ONE FOCUSED SHIFT
You know something needs to change. You don't need the whole system yet — you need to understand one specific thing and know what to do with it. You come in with a real problem. You leave with a real shift and something you can use immediately.
✦ A set of reflection prompts before the session, come ready with your thinking, or share them in advance
✦One focused area to work through together, whether that's nervous system awareness, rhythm, Bujo foundations, seasonal planning, capacity mapping, or something else entirely
✦ A summary of what was covered and the shifts to carry forward, within 24 hours
Not sure if you're ready for the full container? This is where to start. The Intensive applies as a credit toward the Container if you decide to continue.
$197 CAD
Applicable as a credit toward the Container
Not sure where you fit?
Begin with the Time Bending Diagnostic, a short reflective intake designed to surface your patterns before your first session. No quiz scores. No personality types. The full interpretation happens during a 30-minute Alignment Call.
YOUR GUIDE
Melissa McHenry
MINDFUL PRODUCTIVITY EDUCATOR
CERTIFIED BULLET JOURNAL® TRAINER
Melissa came to this work from a simple but persistent question: the calendar could tell her what was planned, but not what was actually calling for her attention — the idea, the project, the creative thread that was ready to move right now, in this body, at this point in the season.
She believes we are always creating. The question is whether our systems are attuned enough to support that — or whether they're just managing the schedule while the real work waits.
Time Lab grew from that belief. It's not a productivity program in the traditional sense. It's a practice of becoming more attuned to yourself — your biology, your energy, your creative nature — so that what you bring into the world comes from alignment, not effort.
