Melissa McHenry has spent years studying how hormonal rhythms affect focus, motivation, and creative output and how to build a working life that accounts for them. As the founder of ThriveOps Labs and a certified Bullet Journalยฎ Trainer, she brings a grounded, systems-based approach to a topic that's often taught in abstract or overly clinical terms.

Sync & Thrive grew from her own practice of cycle syncing and her work helping women build planning systems that hold up across the month, not just the good weeks.
